Our floor plans are thoughtfully designed to maximize space, bring in natural light, and optimize comfort. Choose from a range of modern studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartment homes for rent featuring quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, premium bath fixtures, soft-close cabinetry, designer flooring, in-unit laundry and more. 

We believe transparency is key, especially when looking for your next home. Our one-time fees include the following:
  • $50 Application Fee, per applicant. Nonrefundable
  • $150 Administrative Fee, per household, due with application. Nonrefundable
  • $500 Deposit, per household, once your application is approved.
  • $250 pet fee if you plan on bringing a furry friend.
